The SRES® Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation is obtained through the National Association of Realtors® created to improve agents skills in assisting those age 55+. A few years ago, some of my clients entrusting me to their real estate sells were in this age bracket.
This prompted me to certify in this specialized training as. There are unique issues involved that we are prepared to address. This specialized training has been very useful in providing the best care and addressing and planning for the individual needs presented.

During a free consultation, some customers have decided they don't want my services as a Realitor® after reviewing other options. Rather, I am able to refer them to other services - a reverse mortgage lender, a bankruptcy attorney or other resources to stay in their home. A free consultation is the best way to start. Then, if you decide to sell, a listing appointment would be second.
