Today the filing fee is $335 for Chapter 7 unless you asked for a fee waiver, and it is approved OR you asked for a payment plan.
Today the filing fee is $310 for Chapter 13 payable in cash (exact change – they do not process change) or money order to the United States Bankruptcy Court
Today the filing fee is $30 for an amendment payable in cash (exact change – they do not process change) or money order to the United States Bankruptcy Court

The following Bankruptcy Filing Instructions are provided for your knowledge. For this format I used my most loyal client base out out of the Eastern District of California. These instructions apply to everyone except the address. I will provide you with your court information and a link for each case individually.
TO FILE IN PERSON
Sign and Take your ID and this ENTIRE package and your counseling certificate to the courts at 501 I Street, Room 3-200 (3rd Floor) 95814 – They will set up a payment plan for their fees or waive them per your request based on your case.
