WE CANNOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE

Why??? We are not qualified by law!

I have not proven myself to any state to be qualified to give legal advise! So, for YOUR protection, I cannot answer questions related to your bankruptcy.

The links provided are to assist you in you making your own decisions. America has come quite far in making advances that all can equally obtain legal equality. It is not there yet, but it is trying! I do respect the law, the advancements, and the fact it is in place for the protection of the rich.. just kidding... for people in general. So, please do not ask for legal advice as you are asking me to commit a felony.

Some believe I can say anything if they are not my client... I DO NOT GIVE MY OWN MOTHER LEGAL ADVICE. I give her tools INCLUDING ATTORNEY phone numbers to find begin the search for a wise financial and legal decision, but I never, ever give you advice for YOUR and MY protection.

I realize many clients could care less about my protection, and beg, manipulate, and insult to get legal advice.

FOR GOODNESS SAKE...For those that do those things... YOU are not paying me to break the law... oh, and you cannot... my morals are not for sale..

AND WORSE you cheat yourself! I do not want to tell someone what to do.. even if I was an attorney.. I would like to see you find all the options, and make an educated, wise financial and legal decision.

Voluntary Notice - the Court's have all our clients sign that they understand a few facts. This is very important. I will share some of my personal believes from watching the court results since 1992 and based on the lawschool teachers for the limited time I spent in the lawschool. This website hopes to lead you to learn information to make your own wise financial decisions. This country is bent selling us propaganda that the average person is too stupid to figure things out. The medical and legal systems are made so to block out anyone from freely speaking out about options without years of learning about how to research how to help someone. I remember two things loudly from law school, "how to line pockets" and "cha-ching". It made me sick. I did not return to that class. Personal teacher opinion or not, the majority of the class found it interesting and I saw a greed I never wish to be part of my life. Some things are made complex in many ways that are not needed.

Over the years, I have seen the courts are opening up the way for self-representation. This is promising. Many are now having the freedom to prepare some actions without an attorney or mass confusion. It took several lawsuits to allow these freedoms, including a recent Ohio success. The extensive steps the family court has gone through on their websites and available materials are encouraging and appreciated. Some cases, however, a person will loose.. not because they are wrong or because their case does not have merit, but because it is a punishment for shoveling money into attorney's pockets. There is no need for most things to be so complex. Due to this, you will not find any of those type of cases on my website. I will not help someone jump into fires -- however, I may jump into themselves out of desperation, but never for someone else. I have filed cases I should no doubt win in a legal system designed to pay attorney's not injured people. Don't believe me? watch the movie Bleak House by Charles Dickenson.

Regardless, the simple cases handled here are at low cost and without the loops and hooops of many other cases. Even bankruptcy can get that way with adversary hearings.

{The notice may provide additional examples of legal advice that a bankruptcy preparer is not authorized to give.}

In addition, under 11 U.S.C. Section 110 (h), the Supreme Court or the Judicial Conference o the United States may promulgate rules or guidelines setting a maximum allowable fee chargeable by a bankruptcy petition preparer.
