I am a Virginia and North Carolina real estate agent and Military Relocation Professional with over 26 years preparing legal documents. My husband is Sean, and he is a very important part of my professional life. He is the Facility Maintenance Engineer at the James River Country Club. He has an extensive background in construction and maintenance.
About My Overall Professional Life
My legal document experience including preparation of family law cases including form preparation, marital settlement, child custody, and domestic violence mediation. It includes preparation of personal and small business tax preparation. Over the past five years, I have assisted most of my tax clients with simple tax returns into becoming self-prepares keeping only the few that do not want to. The new online services make that a reasonable, affordable option as long as self-prepares don't click to add ridiculously unnecessary, strategically marketed additional services to the preparation that will never be a benefit.
Currently, I prepare bankruptcy cases and provide services for credit protection, repair (legitimate repair) and credit (re)building, and mediation -- I enjoy working hard in marketing, negotiating, and making all our transactions transparent and smooth.
I will provides you with superior integrated service resulting in a better quality of life and wiser financial decisions.
I love finding ways to save money. One of the greatest ways is to purchase with low interest and to live in a manner that your signature says "I deserve low interest." Sharing tips on how to make that happen inspired me to start Be Financially Fit, a 503(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization.
We have successfully prepared thousands of bankruptcy and taxes cases since late 1991. This is also when I prepared my first name change, first divorce cases, and started my career as a CA Legal Document Assistants long before the much needed 1999 provisions and title came about. Prior to that I advertised as a paralegal under Paralegal Plus. The new law required a name change, and all paralegals had to remove legal from their name and advertising.
